You did well to focus on startups in this year’s edition of India’s best B-schools (Oct 5). With fraudulent degrees on the rise, what we need is a portal to do background checks for our candidates, something that has become essential as jobs across BPOs and KPOs have grown, and the need to get the right people with the right experience has arisen. Perhaps all universities should get together and build such a portal for verification. NASSCOM, I know, has one such portal for candidates to upload their profiles and register for a fee.
