Yohann Sethna, 34, is India's original Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. Most days and nights he is a sober restaurateur running Sidewok at Mumbai's ncpa Complex. But between March and November, mostly on weekends, he turns into a monster of sorts. While others at Sidewok prefer noodles, Sethna, a hardcore Formula One addict, eats, drinks and lives racing cars. You've got to see it to believe it.

It all began some 10 years ago when he worked with a Formula One team as its catering manager. He eventually even raced in the British Formula 3 till a bad crash and the difficulty of raising funds removed him from the track. But that didn't deter him one bit from chasing his obsession. Two years ago Sethna found two friends who shared his mania and they together floated Chequered Flag, India's first and probably only Formula One official fan club that is trying its very best to make F1 the second most-watched sport in India (you know what the first one is). And now, the craze is spreading rapidly. Chequered Flag has 300 members in Mumbai already and is getting several calls to start the club...
