The Corrupt Might Have The Run Of The Town — Until They Catch His Eye
If titles were anything to go by, one might well think that it's homeopathic doctor Leo Rebello's unceasing tongue many would like to silence. Or, more precisely, his pen. For, as president of something called the All India Letter Writers Association (AILWA), he has been the quintessential 'problem' for many government authorities. Driven by a desire to improve things, Rebello has written over a 1,000 letters to the editor by now. And when letters to the editor prove ineffective, he changes the address. He sends the missives to judges and various powerful men till the "problem" reaches a critical point. The working premise of this angry middle-aged man: "Even a mother doesn't give milk till the baby cries."

The fine art of making noises is something this man has mastered over two decades. His quest begins with being irritated at something that is not right.
