Don’t be shocked if we tell you that some of the Lok Sabha members have actually disclosed their investments and assets in foreign countries. Although no one has really talked about their Swiss bank accounts or others in tax haven countries, they have mentioned investments in shares of foreign companies and immovable assets (properties) in the US. One must still say that it’s a good beginning to bring in transparency in politics.
