So what? Is it a crime? He is my chief minister. I am close to him not because of my looks but because of the work I have done. I may become close to the Prime Minister too.

Do I appear shy to you? What's important is whether the person works hard and is able to get things done.

Do you think there are too many ministers from Bihar in the Cabinet?
Certainly not. The Janata Dal has won the largest number of seats there. We have all fought elections and become members of the Cabinet.

Do you intend to implement Charwaha schools all over India?
I am from the dehat, I have seen poverty. The poor and Dalits are desperate for education and a better life. I want to make this possible. It will benefit the poor all over India.

Aren't you too junior to be made a minister of state of the HRD ministry?
Is it written in the Constitution that to become a minister you have to have a certain number of years' experience? I've...
