Chhattisgarh has just 11 seats, but it could turn out be a bit of a barnburner for the Congress. In the 2018 assembly polls, the state delivered the party’s biggest win. So how is the BJP responding to the humiliation? For one, it’s betting on new, low-key faces. No sitting MP is getting a recall.
