I'm very, very happy. It's all God's handiwork. Nobody in my family has played cricket at this level. I've never even seen a Test match all my life. I'll not give 100 per cent for the team—I'll give 200 per cent!
Surprised, or were you expecting a call-up?

I've been playing for Punjab for two years now. I've also toured Australia as part of the India under-19 team. I was in the team that played South Africa under-19.
Kuruvilla, Mohanty and you—great expectations from greenhorns?
We may be inexperienced but we are a very good combination. We've to begin somewhere. I will do anything for India.
