Which phone do you have?

Nokia (not sure of the model).

How many have you changed so far?

Only thrice. I have been using mobiles for eight years and only change handsets when they stop functioning well.

Who do you call the most? 

Travel agents, to coordinate travel plans of our customers.

Whose call do you wait for?

My boss’s (he calls whenever he feels like it so I wait for it at all times)

How many calls do you make in a day?

On an average 10-15, sometimes 20-25.

Has it helped your business?

Yes, since most of the communication with customers and travel agents takes place through texts or mobile phone calls.

When has it been the most crucial to you? 

During the peak tourist season (Nov-Apr).

How much time do you spend on the phone in a day?

Three-four hours a day.
