Whatever happened to Shahrukh Khan's autobiography, the one he has been writing for the last four years? It turns out he has been waiting for Anupama Chopra to come out with her biography, to give him new insights into himself. Chopra's King of Bollywood, published by Warner Books, will have a glitzy international launch, with events in New York, London and India (it releases here on August 9). Well connected in both literary and film circles (she's Vikram Chandra's sister and Vidhu Vinod Chopra's wife), her book comes with glowing blurbs from Emma Thompson, Mira Nair, as well as King Khan himself.
